How long does it take to receive my product?

Your item will be ready to ship in 8-10 business days, plus the additional days for UPS or USPS delivery, depending on your location.

What happens if my sign is damaged in transit?

Please email pictures of the damage to service@mrcwoodproducts.com. Upon receipt of your emailed pictures, our Customer Service staff will review and determine what action is necessary as each case is unique.

Can I return a sign I do not like?

If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized sign that you have purchased, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of the receipt of your item. We will authorize the return and will issue a refund within 3 business days after the item has been returned. The item must be returned in brand new, saleable condition or no refund will be issued. Personalized signs may not be returned or exchanged and all sales are final.

I made a mistake on the name or date when I ordered. Can you fix it?

There is no way to correct an error once the sign has been cut. It will be necessary to go through the order process again. To help prevent mistakes, we do offer a digital proof for an additional charge.

I received my sign and it is not the color I ordered, spelled incorrectly, or the date is wrong.

If the mistake was due to the error of MRC Wood Products, the sign will be cut again and shipped to you at no cost and as soon as possible. MRC Wood Products will cut the sign exactly as you have ordered.

I need my sign by a specific date. Can you meet the deadline?

MRC Wood Products will make every effort to accommodate your request. If no specific date is requested, the product will ship in our normal time frame of 8-10 business days. Be sure to allow the additional days needed for delivery by UPS or USPS. 

I would like to have a sign prepared to display at our wedding reception, but our colors are not available in your color options. Will you do a special color request?

There is an additional fee to do a custom color request. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

My family has a favorite phrase that I cannot find anywhere to purchase, and I want to give it to my parents for Christmas. Can you make this sign?

Please contact Customer Service with the information you would like on the sign. We will assist you in determining the best sign for you and provide you with a quote. 

My friend is getting married in a different state, and I am not able to attend the wedding. Will you ship directly to them?

Yes. When ordering the sign please enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.
