5 Awesome Customer Service and Shipping
Posted by Dan Phillips on 21st Dec 2020
Found myself behind the eight ball ordering Christmas Gifts for my clients. Put in an order of 30+ boards some to be shipped to me some directly to my clients. Had them delivered to either myself to directly to my clients in FOUR Business Days. Unbelievable that MRC can deliver that level of service the week before Christmas in the middle of a pandemic! All my Clients love the cutting boards and have been calling, texting and emailing me saying how much they love them. Thank You Bonnie and MRC!!

I am so impressed by the excellent customer service I received when I placed my order. The not only delivered it in advance of my deadline, but the cutting board is so beautiful. A wonderful gift for a friend moving to MT. This will be the first of many gifts I order for family and friends from MRC.
